Delta Airlines and restaurant operator OTG Management on JFK and LaGuardia Airport in New York launched a new initiative. Passengers can order food from participating restaurants(at the airport) near departure gates in various special iPad kiosks. The food is then delivered at the gate within ten minutes. Besides ordering the iPads can also be used for checking flights and playing music.

Iceland Express Airline is the first European company who offers IPAD’s to travelers. The iPad will be offered on flights from Reykjavik to London, New York, Berlin and Copenhagen. Passengers pay 13 dollars to listen to music, watching movies and TV,  read magazines en play games on the iPad. Unfortunately, the passengers have to return the Ipad after the flight.

The four gardens in Paris were an initiative of Ma Bulle Ma Plante & Moi in cooperation with the Dutch Flower Council.

With every coffee purchased, the customer receives a coin, this coin can then be placed in different containers. Each box represents a good cause. Since its opening in 2007 Blue State Coffee has donated more than $ 175,000 to over 50 charities.
