With that in mind, the destination embarked on a journey over a year ago, to ensure that all guests’ needs and preferences are anticipated and foreseen. Resulting from these efforts, W Costa Navarino, has received a major accolade by being the first hotel globally, accredited by the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association (IGLTA) for its inclusivity practices.

In France, New York and other parts of the world, we have experienced likewise ceonvenient systems, simple and easy to use for both guests and ‘terrace’ management. Resengo does also introduce this system in the Netherlands.
