The first dual-branded Applebee’s | IHOP restaurant has opened in Seguin, Texas

Dine Brands Global, Inc., the parent company of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar®, IHOP®, and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop® restaurants, announced the grand opening of its first dual-brand Applebee’s | IHOP restaurant in the U.S. in partnership with franchisee Ramzi Hakim Group. The new restaurant opened to the public on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, in Seguin, Texas, just outside of San Antonio.

Lasagneria Senza Fondo opens in Shoreditch | Big plates, big energy and bottomless lasagna

Every day we spot fun, new concepts. This week, new concepts in Amsterdam, Roelofarendsveen and Rotterdam. At Williams Farmhouse in Amsterdam, guests enjoy British cuisine with of course a Sunday Roast and all the traditional side dishes. One of our team members has already enjoyed their cuisine. In March, wine and cheese shop JUNI will open in Kralingen, Rotterdam. A charming little restaurant with a small terrace where you can enjoy wine and cheeses from the area. And in Roelofarendsveen, the members’ hall of the water sports club Braassemermeer has been converted into restaurant La Vela where you can enjoy an international tapas menu.
