Three-star chef Sergio Herman will serve Mediterranean and Oriental dishes at his newest restaurant Pure C resto-bar in Cadzand-Bad, The Netherlands. The restaurant opened on March 15.

 In Seoul, South Korea, they are constructing the first floating islands. On the islands in the Hangang River buildings will be placed, designed by Rem Koolhaas and Daniel Libeskind. The project will cost $ 84 million.

Fresc Co. owns 40 restaurants in 11 Spanish cities, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and Mediterranean dishes. The teachers focus on everyday language and work situations in sessions that last two hours.
