The ice hotel in Québec in Canada, called Hotel de Glace, is the most famous hotel, which opens each winter since 2001. Coming winter this hotel opens its door on January 5 till March 24. In the Swedish village Jukkasjärvi, the ice hotel opens already on December 7. It features also a bar and several ice sculptures created by several artists.

Restaurant Jaimie van Heije is opened 6 days per week. On Sunday the restaurant is closed to gain new inspiration.
