Next Restaurant in Chicago will start a new concept. The restaurant will serve menus based on cities of the world in the past or the future. For example, a menu called “Paris 1912”, the menu of Hong Kong from the future, 2036. The most special feature of this concept will be that you will have to buy tickets online to make a reservation.

Hotel Vitale has a new service for their guests. Guests can go grocery shopping with the chef at the local farmersmarket to pick out the ingredients for a two course meal. The guest does not only determine the recipes but the ingredients as well.

The restaurant is called “77 Concept Store”, which refers to the operating system Microsoft’s Windows 7, but also the cost of each dish, which is 77 Taiwan dollars (2.40 U.S.). There is also a menu of seven dishes, which are named after gadgets.
