Tweetjemee an online marketplace for chefs and people who enjoy food, launched October 10th. Local chefs can start their own ‘webtaurant’ on www.tweetjemee.nl. The idea is that you cook a number of meals and then sell them online to people in your neighborhood. People pay through www.tweetjemee.nl, the amateur-chefs each receive 70% of their sales, 10% goes to The Hunger Project and the rest of the money goes the website to improve the platform.

Popstar Sting had plans to open a farm shop on an estate (Il Palagio) near Florence. The shop will offer organic products such as honey, olive oil, wine and salami. At the moment, Il Palagio offers yoga classes.

Every 2 weeks, this restaurant acts as a meeting place for 13 Tweeps. During a Twiner-evening, a three-course diner costs € 24,50, excluding the wine.
