The bread is partially baked when placed in the machine and finished when the customer orders it.

Recently the French architect Odile Decq has completed the L’ Opera restaurant. The restaurant, situated in Palais Garnier in Paris is astonishing. The decoration of the restaurant preserves that typical character of the theater and gives it a modern touch, without alternating of the walls. The red and white colors remind of the musical ‘The Phantom of the Opera’.
