Heineken released the App “Serenade your date” on their Facebook site. This app helps people to ask their Valentine out in an original way by selecting your Valentine profile or number and say what you want to do with your Valentine and why he/she should go with you. The app turns into a promotional musical serenade that will be posted on the Wall of your Valentine. At the end of the movie the person can click on yes or no.
Eat Me is a book with a collection of special art products, brands, people and goods within the world of food. Not only interesting packaging of food, but also by-products such as tools, kitchen and menu design are in the book. There is also a special section in the book with a round-the-world-tour of the newest and most innovative cafes, bars, restaurants and shows. The book is available at the U.S. Book Store.
British design studio Black+Blum designed a bottle that filters tap water, Eau Good. The design is based on an old Japanese filter system with the help of carbon filters. These filters reduce chlorine and chemicals and add minerals to the water to keep the pH balanced. The active carbon filter lasts up to 6 months.
Fix is ??a 100% natural coconut drink that restores the moisture balance in the body and keeps it refreshed. This makes it a great boost drink for after work, during travel and after physical effort. The drink is made of coconut water, lemon juice, cane sugar and natural lemon flavor. Fix is for sale in the Netherlands.
Liz Goulet Dubois and Winsor Pop designed a Sauced wine glass.In the lead-free crystal wine glasses, measurements are marked on the side. And at the top of each glass the quote “I enjoy cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food” is written by the famous chef Julia Child. The glasses are available at Housewares Fred & Friends.
During the week of Valentinesday, 12 till 18 February, restaurants in the Netherlands have a special “heart menu” available. Participating restaurants offer a specially selected menu, which partially goes to the Dutch Heart Foundation. There is also a collection box of the Heart Foundation available in each participating restaurant.
During the Barbot event new robots will be presented, including the RoboBartenders that serve cocktails. Barbot takes place in March 2012 at San Francisco
Polish manufacturer Konrad Pszowski designed a machine where raw milk can be purchased. The machine is increasingly popular in Poland (150 machines), there will come a machine in Estonia and they negotiate with Ukraine, USA and Kenya.

According to the two intrepreneurs, there is great need for more social contact. Interested people subscribe to a website. During the dinner fellow citizens meet eachother with the same hobby or common business interests.
