With these beverage dispensers, pouring drinks becomes a lot more fun. You can pour a drink from a globe , a rifle or a miniature gas pump. Special is  the Trufill (picture right). The Trufill can fill up ten glasses of beer within just ten seconds the bottom of the glass.

Tea cube

The young design student Sarah Dery created a new, creative way of tea packaging. She gathered inspiration from the famous Rubik’s Cube. The cube is folded from a single sheet of paper and consists of 27 small squares. In these boxes, the tea bags are stored. The cube contains three types of tea: black, red and green tea.  

Lettuce machine

Several major restaurant chains in Japan have their own salad machine. The machine provides 60 heads of lettuce per day and ensures that restaurants are provided with the right quality of lettuce. The machine, called “Chef’s Farm” grows lettuce without sunlight. The machine uses 12 fluorescent lamps of 40 watts. The machine is made by Dentsu Facility Management Inc. and is only available in Japan for  € 75,000, =.

Aston Martin Club Lounge

World’s first Aston Martin Club Lounge has opened its doors. The club opened in the upscale district of Dempsey Hill, Singapore. The interior of the club refers to the famous British car brand, so there are tables made from Aston Martin rims and on the walls different prints of famous Aston Martin are displayed. The drinks in this exclusive lounge are named after Aston Martin cars.

Grolsch beer wants to improve the experience for visitors of restaurants and entrepreneurs. Therefore Grolsch launched the ‘Music Glass Line. The glasses are called: Soul, Funk, Pop, Jazz, Blues, and Classic Rock. With this new line Grolsch want to inderline its relationship with live music. The young Serbian designer Denis Bostandzic invented nachos shaped like a spoon, ‘Spoonachos’. With this new  shape it’s easier to dip you nachos in guacamole or any other sauce.

Starbuck is sailing out

Starbucks will open a new store om the new cruise ship ‘Allure of the Seas’. Besides the Starbucks shop the ship, which will set sail to the Caribbean Sea in December,  boasts a ‘Central Park’, water parks and an icerink.

Decanterlamp

British designer Lee Broom had the idea to reuse old decanters as a lamp. Crystal decanteerkannen of antiques and flea markets, he stripped of their soil and confirmed a fitting. For a contemporary look, he gave some a gold finish. Broom’s creations are available at Liberty in London.

Wine label indicites C02 emission

The labels of the sauvignon blanc wine of winery Mobius Marlborough from New Zealand, indicate the CO2 emissions per glass. Consumers can therefore first assess a wine based on the carbon footprint.The lable indicates how many grams of CO2 per bottle is produced during the production and transport of the bottle.
