  • Pizza Caviar - created by Pizza HutPizza Caviar - created by Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut is putting an indulgent twist on the caviar craze sweeping foodie culture with the launch of ‘Pizza Caviar’ – a first-of-its-kind innovation that transforms the fine dining trend into something completely unexpected. Caviar has been elevating some of the world’s most beloved comfort foods with the unexpected hi-low pairings popping up in upscale restaurants and gracing social feeds across the country. In true Pizza Hut fashion, the brand asked: why just place caviar on your pizza when you can reimagine it entirely and create a bold new food category? Inspired by the rise of ‘caviar bumps’, these bite-sized caviar pearls are made to taste like pepperoni and designed for dipping, dunking, and bumping. Available exclusively at the Pizza Hut located at 932 8th Avenue in New York City from today until April 12th from 4-8pm, while supplies last.

Every day, we spot fun, new concepts. This week, three new concepts from Voorschoten, Schipluiden and Echt. Samy’s Gourmet Sandwiches in Voorschoten has a menu of freshly prepared sandwiches with a surprising twist! The business is owner Jessamy’s dream and her absolute favourite sandwich on the menu is the Satay sandwich with chicken thigh, peanut sauce, coleslaw, sambal and crispy onions on farmer’s bread. In Schipluiden, restaurant Aan de Zweth has been taken over by young entrepreneurs: chef Justin Koopman and hostess Indy Chiron Akkermans. We like their special menu to celebrate the former chef Joris Peters and the new chef, this month. And in the South of the Netherlands in Echt, in an old roof tile factory, restaurant Notable has opened. At their chef’s table you will experience the hospitality, craft and creativity of chef Vital Awick and sommelier Adriaan Visser.
