Los Panderos is a Brazilian website that offers a subscription-based bread delivery. For around 33 dollars a month, the company will deliver 3 breads per week. The bread is made without preservatives, semi-cooked and can be stored for up to two weeks.

The Cupcakes Project renews traditional recipes and recently launched the Cupcakes Benedict. The Benedict has a topping of bacon and poached egg. YES WE CANTEEN stands for a tasty, cheap and varied offer. In the week of 14 to 18 November, YES WE CANTEEN organizes a trial week at the University of Amsterdam.

Vulkanspargel; forgotten vegetable

Vulkanspargel is an old salad- and vegetable plant from Germany that got into oblivion. The plant is still grown in the south of Germany under the name “Catalogna puntarelle di galatina”. The taste is comparable to chicory, and the asparagus can be used as the basis of a salad. Moreover the plant has a high vitamin and mineral content in addition to its positive effect on digestive and blood circulatory.

Smiling oysters can be opened by hand instead of using an oyster knife. Naked lobsters have taken off their coats.In both cases the pascalization makes the preparation (and eating) a lot easier. Short films can be watched on the “Kreeft & Oesters” TV, where films about new dishes are added regularly.
