Zomertheater bij hotel Kapellerput Theatre agency Damen en de Heer will organise a series of open-air theatre performances at hotel Kapellerput this summer. It’s the second year for this summer theatre and all performances will take place in the outdoor theatre of Kapellerput. On six Saturday evenings during the summer holidays, various artists will be on stage with a diverse programme. The first performance takes place this Saturday, July 23.
The conference hotel Kapellerput in Heeze, The Netherlands, realized a new innovation for the meeting market. The new concept, ‘The house of’, offers a homely atmosphere where you can have meetings and brainstorms ‘like home’. ‘The house of’ consists of a kitchen and living room where groups up to 14 people can work in a relaxing way. A homey feeling is the key factor which is achieved with a retro 60s style look, large wooden tables, an outdoor patio, a fireplace and comfortable sofas. ‘The house of’ is equipped with modern technology, such as a wireless projector with sound system, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Kapellerput keeps innovating in the area of conference rooms. They already realized a tree house in 2010 and an innovating meeting design in 2013.
The Kapellerput conference hotel has redesigned its six meeting rooms. The rooms have massive brainstorm walls, interactive projectors combined with glass whiteboards and the curtains have a print of abstracted tree trunk pattern. The carpet of the lobby is replaced by a specially developed design inspired by art and nature. The carpet looks like a cross section of a tree trunk with a length of 75 meters.
Pay attention to the initiative of “arty napkins” at the “Kapellerput” conference hotel. Every year they choose a piece of art that touched them and have it printed on their linen napkins. They give it out as corporate gifts. The ‘arty napkins’ symbolizes what their conference hotel is about; hospitality and inspiration. The original piece is bought and one napkin is framed, the restaurant uses a disposable version. A true royal gesture. The napkins so far are made by the artists Marijn Moree, Saskia Heuer, Janne Hopman and Jolinde van Poppel. Conference hotel Kapellerput has developed a new meeting concept. This new concept consists of a workspace for about 12 persons which can be devided and three Creationrooms. These rooms have their own atmosphere and colours (blue, red and green). The room features a glasswall for brainstorming, an interactive projector, a Bang & Olufsen docking station, WiFi and modern high-tech lighting technology. In addition they serve brainfood and drinks.
The KABAN at the Kapellerput, Conference Hotel in the Netherlands is known to make a meeting session almost into a party. To celebrate this success they brewed a special triple beer together with The Fontein brewery. The result is a strong lager with 7,5% alcohol. Remarkable is the ingredient gale (herb), which grows on the banks of the pond and was often used in traditional beer.

The Kapellerput brings a winter habit to the Netherlands. They went to France for inspiration and came back with an alternative ‘break’ during meetings, cheese fondue. You can do this around a fondue tree, a bar table with space for a bottle of wine, glasses and a fondue pot. The fondue tree can also be used at parties of course.
Maybe you already know the l’arbre à fondue, it originates from Switzerland and is used by restaurants and hotels located in winter sports regions, since a few years. The Kapellerput is located in Heeze. The green estate is an inspiring place where a lot of meetings take place, particularly in their Kaban (tree house) and the home of (meeting in the relaxed atmosphere of a living room). They also have an innovative space, #Renewal, with all sorts of products that stimulate creativity. You can even create a pop-up meeting in the forest. Their new ‘break’-concept around the fondue tree combines incredibly well with the meeting concepts they offer. Let’s hope for cold but sunny weather during meetings at the Kapellerput this winter!
