Kerzner International Holdings Limited (‘Kerzner’) the owner of the iconic Atlantis Resorts & Residences and ultra-luxury One&Only Resorts worldwide, has announced that first-of-its-kind immersive lifestyle and fitness brand, SIRO, will launch its inaugural hotel, SIRO One Za’abeel, in Q4 2023. This first hotel for the SIRO brand will sit in the heart of Dubai’s iconic One Za’abeel development. One Za’abeel is being developed by Ithra Dubai, a fully owned subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Dubai. A second SIRO hotel is planned to open in 2024 in Montenegro.

I missed the diversity in my menu.” After four years of successfully serving his famous burgers at Diego’s Burgers restaurant, the burger king decided it was time for a change: “We have redesigned the interior and given it a mature and timeless look. We also enriched the menu with modern dishes such as a salmon ceviche and updated the wine list. But of course, burgers will also retain a place on the menu.”

Ecopoon | Additional funding for the development of their edible spoons

Ecopoon, a Belgian company, is further expanding its production of edible and ecological spoons for the hospitality sector. Earlier this year, the start-up raised just over half a million euros that will be used to invest in the further expansion of its product range and production. Ecopoon is also launching another new spoon, ‘Glacette’, specifically for desserts and ice cream parlours this spring.  They are thinking of further international expansion.
