New tea flavours due to Hyves

Pickwick tea brand again asked 150 thousand fans on social media network Hyves to develop new flavours. Last year, the company did the same and created Dutch Tea. This year three new teas are chosen: Chocolate Mint, the Caramelized Pear, and the Smooth Chai.

We know the cheese platter in restaurants, as well as the cheese cart and pastry cart. New is the tea cart. At Les Terraillers they ride along the tables with a broad selection of fresh herbs and plants: Rosemary, mint, camomile, cinnamon… Cut and washed at your table and prepared with hot water.

Tea lecture by sommelier Ann Vansteenkiste

Tea-time by Pengtao Yu

“Tea-time”, designer Pengtao Yu created a simple but yet convinient set combining tea leaves, water and steeping time. You put tea leafs and hot water into the first part of “Tea-time”, twist the timer to set the steeping time and the tea slowly trickles down to the bottom beaker. The timer/filter hold back the leaves and your cup is ready to sip.

The Spanish company, Lékué produces kitchen tools of platinum silicone. This ball can be used for steaming meals. Using platinum silicone is suitable for temperatures from -6 to -260 degrees Celsius.
