To add a new flavour-dimension to the meat of cows, several farmers in Canada mix one liter of red wine with the cattle-feed. Chefs say the meat is tastier and are enthusiastic. The red wine has no negative side effects for the cattle; the cows are happier and the bulls are easier to handle.
