W Hotels has just announced plans for the Namaste Tower, a new W Hotel in Mumbai that is due to open July 2015. The striking 984-foot-tall building will house 62 floors combined into a hotel, office, and retail space. The design of the tower is actually meant to reflect the ‘Namaste yoga’ gesture where two wings of the hotel are clasped together like hands greeting the city of Mumbai.
With the construction of luxury safari tents, Landal Greenparks implements “glamping”. It’s a combination of glamour and camping. In other words, camping with luxury around you. Five luxurious tents will appear at Landal Coldenhove Eerbeek (The Netherlands).
A hotel in China will be build in the shape of a ping-pong racket. The 150 meters high building is part of a 67 acres sports complex in the Chinese city of Huainan. The local government spends 32 million euros in the development and construction of the hotel.
