Rwandan Inyenyeri designed the Wonderbag that holds the heat and reduces gas consumption. A meal has to be heated and then you place it in the Wonderbag. The insulation holds the heat that was achieved by heating the meal to prepare the meal. The device is popular in South Africa.

At the Stockholm Furniture Fair the Share Portable Park Chair was presented by designstudio Thomas Bernstrand’s (Stockholm). It is a combination between a public bench and a shopping cart. Like a shopping cart, there must be a coin ins to get a chair released from the chain.

One cup a Day

Design Studio Cunicode completed the experiment One Cup a Day. A month (1 cup per day) long they designed creative cups that are for sale. The 30 designs can be placed in 3 categories: funny cups, useless cups (but interesting) and cups by texture. Watch the video to see one of the cups (the Octo Cup).

Through a tv screen and several iPads, customers can request information about the beer. The Growler Station is planning to open stores in South Carolina, Georgia, Washington DC, Northern NY and Michigan.

The bar will be opened upcoming spring in Amsterdam (Netherlands). The investors are entitled to include priority when reserving a table, get discounts on drinks and have access to the opening party. Bar Oldenhof is a mix of a jazz club and a luxury hotel bar.
