Chef Niels Noorman serves a fine dining menu and Joleen Dannenburg takes care of the wines, many of which she serves by the glass. Restobar Moos located on the Fred in The Hague is the first restaurant of Shimo Verbaan, the owner of FourParties Horeca Uitzendbeau. The restobar is also directly opposite the office, ideal for the Friday office drinks! And Emmanuelle recently opened in Hilversum, a new hotspot where the seductive charm of French cinema meets classic French cuisine. With on the menu, for example, ‘rillettes de carnard’, ‘truite fumé maison’, ‘escargots gratinés’, ‘moules frites’ and ‘côte de boeuf’.
