A total of 247 Dutch and Belgian wines were judged. Of these, 91 percent received a medal. The medals and accompanying honorary awards were presented on Wednesday, September 16, during a festive gathering at the Dutch Wine Museum in Arnhem. A striking feature of the 2026 tasting is the large proportion of young wines. Of the 247 wines submitted, 147 are from the 2025 vintage, an early and ripe vintage. You can read the inspection report here<\/a> (unfortunately in Dutch).<\/p>\n
The overall honorary award for Best Vineyard Owner 2024-2026 has been awarded to Betuws Wijndomein (NL), Wijngaard Hesselink (NL), and Wijndomein Vandersteene (B).
