The new location is the largest to date, with 90 covers inside and a spacious terrace with nearly 70 seats. From this new location, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/vleesenco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vlees &amp; Co<\/a> brings its meat concept to Eindhoven. The menu features both classic and exclusive cuts, including the rare Cazurra Beef and the hand-selected Holsteiner line. Thanks to its own in-house butchery, the restaurant maintains full control over quality, while the menu evolves with the seasons and the availability of exceptional products.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>New in Eindhoven | the first &#8216;Meat Sommelier Workshop&#8217;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the interactive space of the \u2018Meat Sommelier Workshop\u2019, guests gain insight into the full range of cuts, can engage in conversation with the meat sommelier, and choose their preferred cut and weight themselves. This makes the story behind the provenance, ageing and selection of the meat an integral part of the dining experience.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Looking ahead<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Even before the official opening, Vlees &amp; Co received an enthusiastic response from local residents and businesses.
