According to Starbucks, the beverages are inspired by the nostalgic flavors of s\u2019mores, the classic campfire treat made with toasted marshmallow, chocolate and graham crackers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019S mores are becoming increasingly popular here too when we have barbecues. The original S\u2019mores Frappuccino was introduced in 2015 and quickly became a popular limited-time offering. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lisa-beckman-8415697\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lisa Beckman<\/a>, Director of Beverage Development at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/starbucks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Starbucks<\/a>, the concept was inspired by memories of spending summer evenings around the campfire with family and friends. \u201cThis beverage is not just about recreating the flavor of a favorite treat, it\u2019s about recreating the feeling of summer connection with friends,\u201d Beckman said. To capture that experience, the beverage development team combined different flavors, textures and aromas into a single drink.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Next to the \u2018S mores Frappuccino, a \u2018S mores Cold Brew with Marshmallow Cold Foam and\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alongside the return of the S\u2019mores Frappuccino, Starbucks is also introducing two new beverages. The S\u2019mores Frappuccino combines coffee, ice, milk chocolate sauce, marshmallow-flavored whipped cream and a graham cracker crumble topping. The new S\u2019mores Cold Brew with Marshmallow Cold Foam features Starbucks Cold Brew topped with marshmallow-flavored cold foam, chocolate drizzle and a graham cracker topping. For the S\u2019mores Cold Brew, the marshmallow cold foam provides a creamy base, complemented by chocolate sauce and a crunchy graham cracker topping. She also noted that the different ingredients pair well with a variety of Starbucks beverages, including espresso, cold brew and chai. Starbucks Rewards members will receive early access to the new s\u2019mores beverages on June 30.
