In just a couple of weeks, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/chef-stijn-deschacht-opens-his-own-mexican-fine-dining-restaurant-tatemado-in-ostend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restaurant TATEMADO<\/a>, a Mexican fine dining restaurant in Ostend (Belgium), will open its doors. Meanwhile, all restaurants of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/celebrate-paloma-day-at-the-restaurants-of-the-entourage-group-taste-this-iconic-cocktail-in-a-variety-of-flavours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">THE ENTOURAGE GROUP<\/a> are serving a variety of Paloma cocktails until May 31.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 minute read<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Collab with PATR\u00d3N\u00a0 to create trio\u2019s of margaritas and palomas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maybourne.com\/en\/hotels\/the-emory\/restaurants-bars\/abc-kitchens\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abc kitchens<\/a> in the courtyard at The Emory will feature a new menu of Latin-inspired plates and a roster of standout cocktails, made in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patrontequila.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PATR\u00d3N<\/a>. Trios of margaritas and palomas have been concocted to showcase both the originals, for purists, or delicious twists. The Basil Jalape\u00f1o Margarita is a standout, blending PATR\u00d3N Silver tequila with ancho reyes, basil, jalape\u00f1o and zingy lime, whilst the Passionfruit Paloma, is a tropical take on the classic.\u00a0 The piece de resistance will be the abc kitchen\u2019s frozen cocktail trolley, which will specialise in slushies, signature frozen strawberry margaritas and icy pina coladas aplenty.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mexican food by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at abc kitchens in the courtyard at The Emory<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Food is classic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chefjgv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jean-Georges Vongerichten<\/a>, bright, vibrant, and produce-led. The chef\u2019s viral pea guacamole, so famous in the States that a former US president tweeted about it, is joined by tacos, quesadillas, and empanadas. Crispy Dover Sole Tacos with aioli, cabbage and apple slaw are paired perfectly with abc kitchens\u2019 must-try Ginger Margarita made with PATR\u00d3N reposado tequila, whilst quesadillas are packed with mushrooms and salsa macha, or squash blossom. As well as the pop-up dishes, larger plates can also be ordered from the main restaurant, including abc kitchens guest favourite Arroz con Pollo with a house made habanero butter<em>. <\/em>This menu has been created with abc kitchens\u2019 Executive Head Chef <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/ben-boeynaems-219848b6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ben Boeynaems<\/a>, and is designed for long lunches, feasting with friends, and golden-hour cocktails and snacking.
