Rapidly increasing demand for accommodation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With millions of fans expected to attend, demand for stays is rising quickly. According to Airbnb, searches for accommodations in host cities have increased by 80% during the event period. At the same time, the tournament is attracting many new users: around one in six guests in Canada, Mexico, and the United States is booking through the platform for the first time.<\/p>\n

Realistic estimates for hosts<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The calculator helps residents respond to this growing demand. Estimates are based on factors such as location, hosting dates, length of stay, and property type. In addition, data from similar listings during the tournament period is used, giving potential hosts a realistic view of their earning potential.<\/p>\n

Additional incentives for new hosts<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Airbnb has also launched its largest-ever incentive program. New hosts offering an entire home in one of the 16 host cities can receive a $750 bonus if they welcome their first guests before July 31.
