Weekly challenges via social media | Participating is easy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

VITAL<\/a> GYM responds to the lives of young people with weekly challenges via TikTok and other social channels. To further encourage exercise at school, VITAL involves PE teachers from schools where the formula is active. They are invited to participate in the weekly challenge and receive a free ball to easily incorporate exercises into lessons or activities.
