M Social Hotel New York Downtown <\/a>has officially opened, marking a new chapter for Millennium Hotels and Resorts<\/a> after a major transformation and rebrand. The 569-room hotel offers sweeping views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, signature dining at Beast & Butterflies, and versatile next-generation meeting spaces. Designed by award-winning firm\u00a0BHDM Design<\/a>, the hotel’s interiors reinterpret the Financial District’s modern energy and iconic landmarks, including The Oculus and Charging Bull. Featuring bold, flowing architectural elements inspired by Lower Manhattan\u2019s energy, the hotel blends Wall Street\u2019s ambition with warm, vibrant design and sustainable materials, creating a dynamic, forward-thinking space that reflects the spirit of New York.<\/p>\n

The hotel lobby has been reimagined as a communal hub for live music, art pop-ups, and cultural events, inviting guests and locals to connect. Beast & Butterflies, the property\u2019s signature restaurant, \u00a0serves modern Spanish tapas with a Manhattan twist, ideal for both intimate dinners and group gatherings. Pok\u00e9 Perfect lands at Schiphol Plaza with its largest location yet<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

Pok\u00e9 Perfect<\/a> opens its doors in Arrival Hall 1 at Schiphol Plaza, its biggest restaurant so far today, October 17. With 150 square meters and 74 seats in a brand-new space, the fast-casual concept offers a healthy alternative for travellers, airport staff, and visitors.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2016 by brother and sister Gerrit Jan and Quinta Witzel, Pok\u00e9 Perfect now has fifteen locations across the Netherlands.
