Salsa Shop opens at Rotterdam Central Station | Mexican favourites between the tracks<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

Salsa Shop continues to expand and opened a new location on August 11 at Rotterdam Central Station. Following a successful opening at the Stadhuisplein, this is the second location in Rotterdam where guests can enjoy fresh Mexican dishes, between the tracks.<\/p>\n

The new spot is located inside the ticket gates, between Julia\u2019s and the entrance to the platforms, a place where thousands of travellers pass by every day. Guests can take their order to go or enjoy it at one of the small tables, with a view of the vibrant heart of the station. Orders are ready within 90 seconds, a signature Salsa Shop<\/a> promise.<\/p>\n

The choice for Rotterdam Central was a strategic one: it is one of the busiest train stations in the Netherlands and fits perfectly with Salsa Shop\u2019s strategy to be present in high-visibility, top locations. Previous experiences in the city have been positive, and regional research confirmed strong demand for the Salsa Shop. The collaboration with NS was established through a pitch, where quality and variety of station offerings were central. The new Salsa Shop location at Rotterdam Central can be found at Stationsplein 9a and is open daily from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM.<\/p>\n

From side job to bagel boss | Young entrepreneurs open Bagels & Beans at Mariaplaats in Utrecht<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

As of August 11, Luc Boerrigter (26) and Lynn Rademaker (24) have taken over the Bagels & Beans<\/a> location at Mariaplaats in Utrecht. What started for Luc as a side job eleven years ago has grown into a passion and a future. Eight years ago, he met Lynn, with whom he not only started a relationship but also shared a dream: running their own hospitality business together.<\/p>\n

Their love for hospitality and the warm, recognizable atmosphere of Bagels & Beans form the foundation of their approach. \u201cIt always felt like coming home, and that\u2019s exactly what we want to pass on to our guests,\u201d says Lynn. Both have extensive experience in hospitality and emphasize the importance of personal attention and a warm welcome, also for pets<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The location will get a fresh update with a contemporary interior, while maintaining its familiar atmosphere.
