The limited edition Kesbeke Bowl features\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This Kesbeke Bowl by Pok\u00e9 Perfect<\/a> features sushi rice, Thai-style minced chicken, carrot, corn, Kewpie mayonnaise, and sesame seeds. But the real star of the dish is Kesbeke\u2019s pickled goodness: generous portions of pickled gherkins, kimchi, and pearl onions add zest, freshness, and balance. Pok\u00e9 Perfect co-founder Quinta Witzel explains: \u201cWe\u2019d been wanting to collaborate with Kesbeke<\/a> for a while. Their pickles are fantastic, and their style matches ours \u2014 honest, no-nonsense, and with a sense of humour.\u201d<\/p>\n

The idea for the Kesbeke Bowl emerged quickly. Quinta brought her favorite chicken recipe to the Kesbeke factory, where she and Oos and his son Camiel tasted, tested, and refined the concept. \u201cWe look for flavour combinations that are unexpected but make perfect sense,\u201d says Oos. \u201cSpicy, sour, creamy \u2013 all in one bite. Pok\u00e9 Perfect really understands that.\u201d<\/p>\n
