Every day we spot fun, new concepts. This week, three new concepts from Weesp, Amsterdam and Bilthoven. Located on the Herengracht in Weesp, Caf\u00e9 Restaurant Amice has a cosy, warm ambiance and of course a \u2018Weespermop parfait\u2019 (a delicious local cookie) on the menu! Loop51 is a special brunch concept where you immerse yourself in a club during the day! They combine brunch with vinyl and if you want to dance… you’re welcome to. And fine-dining restaurant NORRA will open in Bilthoven on April 2nd<\/sup>. It will be Lieke Nicole-Creemers’ second restaurant, alongside restaurant Le Nord, which is undergoing a culinary formula change this week. An old favourite dish of ours is on the menu here: \u2018Pizza Thon\u2019, originally from Las Vegas and always on the menu at Joop Braakhekke’s former restaurant Le Garage in Amsterdam.<\/p>\n

Loop51 | Brunch, vinyl and dancing in short it has a daytime club ambiance! <\/a><\/h3>\n

Loop51<\/a> is a new address for brunch and vinyl enjoyment at the Dusartstraat 51 in Amsterdam. During the day (Wednesday till Sunday), you can enjoy brunch while enjoying vinyl and on Friday and Saturday nights, the dance floor is opened until late. They have a weekly line-up of DJs to match the ambiance, with everything from reggae dub to hip-hop and house, spinning on their unique custom-made sound system. On the menu, no nonsense comfort food like \u2018Buttermilk Fried chicken\u2019, possibly with waffle, \u2018Cauliflower wings\u2019, \u2018 Brioche French Toast\u2019, \u2018Coleslaw\u2019 and, for example, Mozzerella sticks and Onion rings as snacks. They have some great cocktails that are very competitively priced (we think) such as a Dill 51 with homemade gin infused with dill and cucumber, lime syrup and tonic for 9 euros! The other drinks are also reasonably priced and they also have homemade lemonade!<\/p>\n
