From today, February 27th<\/sup> up to March 4, Roberto’s Amsterdam celebrates the Venetian Carnival with a special \u2018Cucina Veneziana\u2019 menu. Enjoy classic dishes of Venetian cuisine, such as Baccal\u00e0 Mantecato, Lasagnetta di Carnevale and Zeppola di San Giuseppe. The Grand Finale takes place on March 4, during Venetian Carnival Day. Think live music, an Italian magician and a festive aperitif for those who enter the dining room wearing festive masks.<\/p>\n
