Saying goodbye to the small plate concept, the premium lasagneria is committed to being a celebration of great food, great drinks, and great people, with pop-up Chef Michael Bagnall at the helm of the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>2 minute read<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Italian-American lasagneria Senza Fondo | Mortadella, pizzette, fettuccine Alfredo and more<\/h3>\n<p>Lasagneria Senza Fondo is serious about food and will transport guests to Italy via New York, with a menu dedicated to elevating comfort food to new heights and fresh pasta. The all-you-can-eat lasagna, for \u00a320, is the menu\u2019s star attraction, accompanied by stacks of mortadella with pistachio to be shared family-style; Italian-American favourite fettuccine alfredo; a lasagna-style pizzette; as well as an array of specials from aubergine parmigiana to grilled wing rib on the bone with beef jus and apple mostarda. There will be daily off-menu dishes such as burnt lasagna ends available on request. To finish off, indulge in Tiramisu, wood fired apple pie and olive oil gelato.<\/p>\n<h3>Bottomless lasagna and soon a \u2018Lasangwich\u2122\u2019 for Lunch<\/h3>\n<p>On February 24<sup>th<\/sup> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/senzafondouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lasagneria Senza Fondo<\/a> opens for dinner, soon to follow is Senza Fondo\u2019s lunchtime hatch, bringing a daily limited run of lunchtime \u2018Lasangwich\u2122\u2019 to Shoreditch.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Burnley, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/joe-worthington-96a26359\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joe Worthington<\/a> (Chief B\u00e9chamel Officer) brings his northern charm, larger-than-life personality and years of hospitality experience at some of the world\u2019s most successful independent restaurant groups to his debut venture. Joe says: \u201cIt\u2019s always been my dream to open my own restaurant. London\u2019s restaurant scene is in a great place, but I\u2019ve seen a gap for bigger plates and bigger energy. I believe there is truly nothing better than having dinner with friends, family or anyone in between, and my restaurant will be all about the people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant will serve as a community hub that brings together high energy and an electric atmosphere, combined with hearty plates, Italian beers and expertly crafted cocktails. Found at the back of the restaurant, the bar, adorned with football memorabilia, pays homage to <u>Italian <\/u>footballer <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kevin_Lasagna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kevin Lasagna<\/a> and will be named The Kevin Lasagna Bar. Going back to boozy basics; the house Negroni will be \u00a35 when you order before food, accompanied by options including a martini, Manhattan, old-fashioned, margarita and a clover club, as well as favourite Italian spritzes and some delicious non-alcoholic alternatives. The bar concept reflects Joe\u2019s personal dining philosophy. Joe says: \u201cI always like to arrive at a restaurant early to head to the bar &#8211; soaking in the atmosphere, getting a drink and just witnessing the magic of dining out.
