With a focus on British classics like Bloomers, Granary Loaves, Jam Tarts and Custard Tarts, as well as Hart\u2019s globally renowned sourdough breads.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Maybourne recently announced a 2027 opening for its newest development in the Parisian quarter of Saint-Germain-des-Pr\u00e9s, <strong><span style=\"color: #f28f22;\">The Maybourne Saint-Germain<\/span><\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enjoy reading!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinkglowpineapple.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinkglow Pineapple spotted in the US and Rubyglow Pineapple arriving in Europe<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>We read about this pineapple for the first time somewhere in 2017\/2018 but now we spotted it on the Instagram account of one of our favourite bakers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dominiqueansel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dominique Ansel<\/a>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pinkglowpineapple\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinkglow Pineapple<\/a>. It\u2019s created by Del Monte and sold through its own website, linked in the title. In the Instagram reel below, the Pink Pineapple &amp; Almond Cream Danish for a weekend\u2019s special at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dominiqueanselworkshop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dominique Ansel Workshop<\/a>. Created with the pink pineapple from Costa Rica, with a unique taste, with notes of candy pineapple aromatics. It is also less sour than a traditional pineapple, juicier and sweeter in taste. Pinkglow\u00ae pineapples contain lycopene, a natural pigment that gives some produce its red color (e.g. tomatoes, watermelon), which makes this product pink. Unfortunately Pinkglow\u00ae is currently only available in Canada and the U.S..<\/p>\n<p>We did find a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20241007291340\/en\/Fresh-Del-Monte-to-Bring-Red-Shelled-Pineapple-the-Rubyglow%C2%AE-Pineapple-to-Europe-in-Early-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a> from October 2024 that the Rubyglow\u00ae pineapple by Del Monte, will be introduced in Europe early 2025. This pineapple has a red outer skin, bright yellow flesh, and a new, sweet flavor similar to Del Monte Gold\u00ae Extra Sweet pineapples.
