Every day we spot fun, new concepts. This week, we spotlight three new concepts in Germany! Crusty Slices in Aachen, Cologne and Frankfurt, is a fun concept that sells croissant dough slices with pizza toppings, sold in pretty boxes. They are growing fast in Germany, and are looking for franchisees. There are also franchise opportunities at Hanover-based HOTBOXXX, where you get your food out of the wall. Unusual though, you can also pull an entire menu out of the vending machines. And, of course, a few Dutch specialities. Puffle Bees is a concept that has been in Berlin since 2021, they too serve hybrids like the croffle (which they thus call the Puffle) and Egg Drops. They will soon open their second branch in Hanover.<\/p>\n

Crusty Slices | \u2018France kisses Italy\u2019 is the motto of this German chain<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

In German, Crusty Slices<\/a> calls their product: Croissant Pizzas. Their slices are a combination of croissant and pizza. Instead of pizza dough, however, they use croissant dough, crispy with a buttery soft interior. \u2018France kisses Italy\u2019 is how Enes Seker, owner of Crusty Slices, describes the motto of this innovative concept. They also describe it as \u2018Gourmet fast food\u2019 on their website. There are four savoury (Mozzarella, tomato and pesto; signature pastrami; tuna mayo wasabi and \u2018hot cashew chicken\u2019) and three sweet \u2018slices\u2019 on the menu, think biscuit dough with Nutella; hazelnut cream made of hazelnuts from Piedmont; and of course a Dubai special with pistachios. The dough and toppings are prepared on site. All slices are presented colourfully and aesthetically! Besides the slices, they also offer deep-fried corn on the cob and fries. There are currently branches in Aachen, Cologne, Frankfurt and soon in Bremen and Karlsruhe. They are looking for franchisees<\/a>!<\/p>\n
