Usually accessed by hotel guests only, the bar will be open for outside reservations during Tato\u2019s residency. The Emory X Tato offers a rare chance to experience his award-winning cocktails along with spectacular 360-degree views of the capital\u2019s skyline, at London\u2019s best kept secret rooftop.<\/p>\n<p>3 minutes read<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cocktails with an Atlantic twist<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Open from Friday 6<sup>th<\/sup> of September till Tuesday 5<sup>th<\/sup> of November, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-emory.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Emory<\/a> X <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tatogiovannoni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tato <\/a>pop-up will serve an exclusive edit of his renowned signature cocktails. The menu and ingredients are inspired by Tato\u2019s childhood in Buenos Aires on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Standout cocktails include the Negroni Balestrini made with Tato\u2019s own gin brand \u2018Principe de los Apostoles\u2019. In addition, there will be an ever-changing \u2018Bloody Mary of the Week\u2019 featuring different ingredients such as cacao, red wine and mango, as well as a Garua Martini for the nostalgic Buenos Aires vibe. As a signature touch, a trio of Argentinian snacks will also circulate every night, including Tato\u2019s favourite King crab and prawn empanadas served with a squeeze of lime on the side.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A taste of Argentina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tato will be joined by his friend and partner, hospitality legend Alex Resnik during his tenure. They will create seductive touches, from a specially created Argentinian music playlist complete with dramatic tango tracks, tattoos of sea creatures artfully hand drawn by Tato, and colourful floral displays, a standout feature of Florer\u00eda Atl\u00e1ntico.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on his pop up at The Emory, Tato said \u201cLondon has always had a special place in my heart since I came to study over 30 years ago. I have even named one of my favourite cocktails \u2018Mary Poppins Barley Water\u2019 as a tribute to my childhood memories of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Emory X Tato pop-up will run from Friday 6<sup>th<\/sup> of September \u2013 Tuesday 5<sup>th<\/sup> of November, open from 5pm \u2013 1 am.
