The Groot Handelsgebouw (GHG), an icon of Rotterdam’s reconstruction and home to more than 450 companies, is proud to announce an exciting new phase this spring. In collaboration with R\u00e9volt, the pioneer of innovative events in Rotterdam, the roof of the GHG will be transformed into a dynamic event venue, The Rooftop at GHG. The former Engels halls and terraces will be transformed into a vibrant hub for events and public activities.<\/p>\n

New life at the Groot Handelsgebouw | The Rooftop at GHG<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Real estate company Jamestown<\/a>, owner of the Groot Handelsgebouw<\/a>, is strongly committed to the continued activation of the Rotterdam icon for businesses and the public: “We aim to continue the legacy of the Groot Handelsgebouw for a new generation with site activations and programming that match the building’s rich history, while also serving tenants and the surrounding community,” said Thomas Sandlin, head of Asset Management, Europe at Jamestown.<\/p>\n

Like with The Rooftop at GHG<\/a>. With its various indoor spaces with freely divisible rooms ranging from 120, 500 and 700m2 and terraces from 40 to 200m2, it promises to become a unique venue for events. The Rooftop can be transformed into any type of event space. Several basic facilities are available, but with different suppliers, anything is possible to create a customised event.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9volt | A unique event location that matches the city\u2019s ambition<\/strong><\/h3>\n

R\u00e9volt<\/a> is a Rotterdam-based events organisation focused on creating unique and unforgettable experiences at appealing venues.
