Dutch hotel management company \u2018International Hotel Capital Partners\u2019 (IHCP) is enabling employees to make their New Year’s resolutions come true, and at the companies expense. After introducing the Bucket List Program last year, it is time for the first payouts this year. With an explanation and an example!<\/p>\n

How the savings account works at IHCP<\/strong><\/h3>\n

IHCP is an umbrella organization which include the Moxy Amsterdam Airport<\/a>, Renaissance Amsterdam Airport<\/a>, Moxy The Hague<\/a>, Residence Inn by Marriott The Hague<\/a> and Mercure Amersfoort<\/a>. With the bucket list savings account, employees make dreams come true or buy something they have always wanted. After an employee has been employed for six months, the company saves 25 euros every month, which is set aside on top of the salary. The money goes into a personal savings account. After 16 months of service, the employee has saved 250 euros for a bucket list gift. We wrote about the start in our ‘trends we spotted week 14<\/a>‘ in 2023.<\/p>\n
