On February 24 during the full moon, the wolf goes wild. Wolf Atelier will host the first edition of a series of culinary ‘Fullmoon Parties’. When the moon is at its fullest, Amsterdam’s nocturnal animals will be tasting and dancing the night away during the culinary ‘Fullmoon Party’ on the Spoorbrug near Westerdok.<\/p>\n

In addition to refined dishes like the Asian Oyster (Asian), Wolf’s Classic Tartare, Risotto with truffles and mushrooms by Michael Wolf and his team, there is a lot more to taste on the 24th. Wolf’s full moon party brings together the best of what’s out there to eat. For the first edition, Wolf is inviting chef Jaimie van Heije<\/a>, who will put some of his iconic dishes on the menu.<\/p>\n

If the moon is full, so are the glasses at Wolf Atelier<\/a>. Award-winning bartender Andrei Talapanescu<\/a> shakes and stirred his innovative cocktails like the Phiz with lychee and orgeat and the Zette with strawberry and mezcal. Moon worshippers will also toast with several types of martinis during Wolf’s Fullmoon Party. With neon make-up and multiple fire acts, Wolf brings the ‘Fullmoon Party’ completely to Amsterdam.<\/p>\n
