Set to be a firm favourite with families and groups of friends alike, Feast on Cloud 9 will see a range of enchanting, hand-crafted hot air balloons with vintage-style wicker dining baskets assume their position by the water exhibit in the Formal Garden beside the Mansion. The balloons, seating between four and six guests, will be available each day from 9 June – 3 September 2023 for both afternoon tea as well as a nine-course gourmet tasting menu and accompanying children\u2019s menu.\u00a0 Using ingredients freshly picked from Jemima\u2019s Kitchen Garden, culinary highlights include Roast aubergine fillet with truffle mashed potato and wild mushrooms; Spinach, courgette and goats cheese pithivier and Rossini-style fillet of beef, truffle mash potato, chicken liver parfait, roasted shallot, truffle jus.<\/p>\n
