San Francisco lawmakers have introduced a bill aimed at revitalizing local cannabis consumption lounges. Pushed by Assemblymember <\/span>Matt Haney<\/span><\/a>, the new bill would expand the lounges beyond cannabis to include food, drink, and live entertainment, giving them a cafe-like feel.
