With the pop-up breakfast club, at the Hofbogen in Rotterdam, Alpro hopes to make plant-based food more accessible and show how you can start your day with a delicious plant-based breakfast.<\/p>\n Reading time: 1 minute.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n From a classic oat cappuccino to a richly filled Lebanese flatbread or vegetable variation on cheesecake: you can try everything at the breakfast club. Dishes that show how varied and delicious plant-based food can be, is one of the reasons why Alpro has set up this breakfast club. Simone Broxks, nutritionist at Alpro: ”Taste is so decisive for people in their choice of food. We know from research conducted by Kantar that many consumers still believe that plant-based food does not taste good. This idea is held by 41% of those questioned. At Alpro we like to prove the opposite! With this pop-up breakfast club we want to let people experience and inspire them in an accessible way and in a pleasant setting that plant-based food is very tasty and certainly not boring.<\/p>\n The pop-up breakfast club can be visited from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 3 pm.
