A culinary spectacle at Hidden Amsterdam<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The menu at hidden<\/a> features dishes with a French base, combined with influences from various corners of the world. The carefully composed 5 course menu consists of seasonal products, varies every 8 weeks and can be extended to no less than 7 courses. A selection of \u00e0 la carte dishes is also possible. An evening at hidden is a true culinary spectacle. Enjoying surprising flavors, while also stimulating the other senses”, says chef Marcel Heintzberger.<\/p>\n

The basement of MaMa Kelly<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you feel the need to escape completely and be pampered, hidden is the right place. The interior has an intimate setting and can accommodate 40 seats. With a relaxed atmosphere and experienced staff, without compromising on appearance, hidden can accommodate various occasions. Co-founder Singha Witteman of Rebel Horeca Group, which has developed into an established name in the Dutch hospitality industry with 10 restaurants, came up with the idea: ”The basement of MaMa Kelly is an amazing place with a spectacular view. We always felt that this was a special part of Amsterdam that deserves more attention. With hidden and its delicious kitchen these pieces are falling neatly into place.”<\/p>\n
