This December Pulitzer Amsterdam \u2013 the hotel located in 25 connected canal houses \u2013 collaborated with the famous Danish fashion designer Claes Iversen to decorate one of the largest Christmas trees of Amsterdam. The designs of Claes Iversen are worn by Queen M\u00e1xima, the crown princess Mary of Denmark and Dutch celebrities Lieke van Lexmond and Chantal Janzen. Pulitzer Amsterdam X Claes Iversen<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The collaboration between Pulitzer Amsterdam<\/a> and Iversen<\/a> is a natural match as both the historical hotel and the talented designer are known for combining the traditional craftmanship with modern design. Iversen is extremely excited about this special challenge as Christmas is Iversen\u2019s favourite. Iversen says: \u2018I think it is fantastic to give my own vision on the styling of a Christmas tree as a designer. It is going to be a tree were my signature is clearly visible.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For the design of the 10 metres high tree, Iversen is using unique authentic materials in combination with a characteristic modern design for a daring but festive design. More than 50 hotel rooms have an unique view on the Pulitzer Christmas tree designed by Iversen, which will be revealed on the 7th<\/sup> of December in the (publicly accessible) courtyard garden.<\/p>\n

Pulitzer Amsterdam<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The iconic Pulitzer Amsterdam is a five-star hotel with 225 rooms with a courtyard garden, an authentic restaurant and a bar that present local flavours. The hotel is facing the Prinsengracht and the Keizersgracht and is located in the historical centre of Amsterdam. The hotel organises more often initiatives to celebrate special occasions.
