Designed by\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adamrichards.co.uk\/projects\/the-cheese-barge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Adam Richards Architects<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, the vessel\u2019s design takes cues from the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Electa<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0bookstore in Venice \u2013 itself inspired by ship design \u2013 with a beautiful copper \u2018veil\u2019 acting as an awning for the 40 cover lower deck dining room. A 20 cover open-air upper deck also provides the perfect spot for those looking to dine alfresco on those warm spring evenings.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Head Chef Reagan\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ellenbroek<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0has been working with Exec Chef Ross Keeling to create a refined menu of honest British dishes using small producer cheese including: Windrush Goats\u2019 Curd with lamb\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">scrumpets<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and pickled walnuts and Cropwell Bishop Stilton \u2018Devils on Horseback\u2019 &#8211; prunes stuffed with Stilton and wrapped in bacon.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For guests looking to feast, sharing plates will include\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Aligot<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, made with Mrs. Kirkham\u2019s Lancashire, served with fennel and red wine sausages and braised red cabbage and a half-kilo Baron\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bigod<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, made especially by Fen Farm Dairy for the Barge, and served baked to order.
