With low lighting, polished concrete floors, black leather banquettes and mirror-lined whitewashed brick walls giving a nod to the bar\u2019s 70\u2019s architectural inspiration.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The menu, alongside the d\u00e9cor, will also be a departure from the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/maisonfrancoislondon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">brasserie<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Maison Fran\u00e7ois<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0upstairs, while retaining its focus on simplicity and carefully sourced produce. An ever-changing menu using some of Fran\u00e7ois\u2019s and Exec Chef Matthew Ryle\u2019s favourite ingredients will be served from 5pm onwards, seven days a week.\u00a0 The menu will include a selection of decadent sandwiches, including their French onion soup toastie or the crispy calves\u2019 brains with sauce ravigote in a house-baked milk bun. There will also be some daily changing specials such as,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l\u2019escargots<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0de Bourgogne and bone marrow on toast to a summer salad of tomatoes and anchovies.
