The last couple of months, Covid-19 created a lot of uncertainty but finally BUNK Amsterdam officially opens its doors to hotel guests. After the enormous renovation of the former Sint-Rita church in the north of Amsterdam, the monumental building offers space for 300 guests. BUNK is a hotel with hostel prices and a hostel with the quality and service of a hotel.<\/p>\n

Earlier we wrote about the official opening of <\/em>BUNK Amsterdam<\/a>. One of our colleagues was also present at the press dinner and had a tour and explanation about this great concept<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Sleeping in the belly of the church<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To give the guests a unique experience, BUNK<\/a> has developed 50 Pods. These Pods are all well-designed cabins in which you combine maximum privacy with minimal costs. There are Pods created for only one hotel guest but also Pods for multiple people in the room. Do you want to sleep in a room with several people? BUNK also creates 107 compact rooms in the sphere of small houses in an Italian mountain village floating through space.<\/p>\n

Sunny terrace<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At BUNK hotel they love good food, that is the reason the hotel has creates their own restaurant. The head-chef is Stefan Dernison and together with his team they let guests taste flavors from all over the world. The guests can enjoy all these great dishes on the lovely new terrace from early in the morning until sunset. With all the RIVM measurements observed, the BUNK terrace has room for approximately 70 guests.<\/p>\n

Staycation in your own country<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The summer of 2020 will look different to \u2018normal\u2019 for all of us. Hotel BUNK also realizes that many people will spend their holidays in their own country this summer. With the staycation package from BUNK you have extra fun this summer! Guests can expect a room upgrade, late check-out and in addition to breakfast guests will receive a voucher to spend at the on-site restaurant.
