With this week again a selection of videos which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/demi-poppe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Demi Poppe <\/a>thinks are worth it to watch.<\/p>\n<p>This week a video about the biggest Starbucks ever that opened in Tokyo and a video about the secret behind fresh apples throughout the whole year. Finally, a video about butter with extra flavor made from three different types of seaweed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Starbucks\u2018 largest establishment ever opened | Starbucks Reserve\u2122 Roastery Tokyo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Last year Starbucks opened new branches in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/starbucks-reserve-roastery-milan-first-roastery-in-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Milan <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/starbucks-reserve-roastery-new-york-with-the-first-arriviamo-bar-in-the-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York <\/a>and on the 28<sup>th<\/sup> of February the chain opened its largest store ever in Tokyo. This Reserve\u2122 Roastery has 4 floors with the largest coffee barrel in the world from almost 17 meters high covered with \u2018hammered\u2019 copper. The design of the coffee roasting plant is based on elements from the Japanese culture. The elements include bonsai pots and copper cherry blossoms. In addition, the entire building was designed without nails inspired by the Japanese temples. Worth a visit for the architecture, the coffee, the pizza and bread by the Princi Bakery, the teas at Teavana and the drinks at the bar Arriviamo. Luckily for me more young colleagues never thought about how fresh an apple is when you buy it in the summer! When I watched this video I was very surprised by the fact that apples are only harvested once a year. This is approximately around the months from August to November. Nevertheless, the apples always look very fresh in the supermarket, while in reality there is a possibility that they are already 10 months old. How is that possible? Using three different types of seaweed, Bordier created his seaweed butter with three different types of seaweed which gives it a special salty earthiness flavour.
