September 27th<\/sup> , the citizenM bowery hotel, full of luxury and cultural experiences, had officially opened its doors. With 300 rooms and a staggering 75m high, it becomes the tallest building in the neighbourhood and the world’s tallest modular hotel. Alongside a living room plaza and carefully curated art, the hotel introduces CoffeeM to the US, and is also topped with cloudM rooftop bar, offering 360 degrees of views over Manhattan.<\/p>\n

Abandoning the traditional rules of hospitality, this expansion focuses on a clever mix of technology as well as art at every turn, celebrating its environment. Designed for locals and guests to \u2018mix and mingle\u2019, citizenM\u2019s<\/a> core attributes lie in the creation of hybrid and diverse spaces, inviting both work and play.<\/p>\n

Once guests get inside of the hotel, they will meet the citizenM\u2019s ambassadors, and get their key in just one minute at the self-checkin\/check-out kiosk. A striking spiral staircase will lead them towards the living room on the lower ground floor, featuring double height ceilings, bookshelves, and a 24\/7 canteenM bar at the heart of it and coffeeM, the coffeebar at the entrance for guests and locals with coffee and pastries.<\/p>\n

Street art | Exposition of local hero\u2019s<\/strong><\/h3>\n

CloudM is an expansive cloudM rooftop bar, outdoor terrace, and spectacular 360-degree views of New York. Occupying the entire 21st floor, cloudM features oak cabinets, Vitra chairs and couches, and custom chandeliers so large, they\u2019ll catch the eye of pedestrians on the street.<\/p>\n

MoSa Museum of Street art will be spanning 20 stories of citizenM Bowery\u2019s stairwell as well as outdoor mural, this permanent installation will be 5 Pointz Creates\u2019 largest public project since 2013. The hotel also asked Christelle de Castro\u2018s \u201ccitizens of the Bowery\u201d to help design the hotel by a public photography installation.
