Enjoy reading!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2018-07-10\/lucuma-peru-s-latest-superfood-export\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Lucuma | Peru has a new superfood<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The nutrition-packed lucuma fruit is tough to transport out of its native land. But it\u2019s still finding a way onto restaurant menus, into grocery stores, and even onto the shelves at Walmart in the US. The latest nutritional powerhouse to appear on global menus is lucuma, a fruit that grows at altitudes of about 9,000 feet. While it resembles a large, round, orange-fleshed avocado, lucuma has a pronounced caramel taste. It\u2019s almost impossible to find fresh outside South America; unusually delicate, it starts to spoil soon after picking.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=z-p3JqcJh-o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>wagamama | Noodle lab at Dean Street, London<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The Noodle Lab, on Dean Street, is the only place in the UK where wagamama tests new concepts, including dishes, collabs and even uniforms, by letting you guys in to try it all out and leave feedback, so you could be deciding what gets rolled out nationwide. Now wagamama is testing a new set of fish dishes, including chilli prawn ramen, tuna kokoro bowl and sakana fish curry, worked in partnership with The London Nutritionist Jo Travers to advise on the benefits of Omega 3. The main activity of this group is steel production and processing and their culinary activities are shut down immediately.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.missethoreca.nl\/cafe\/nieuws\/2018\/07\/flower-burger-brengt-roze-blauwe-en-zwarte-hamburgers-naar-nederland-101307747\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flower Burger brings pink, blue and black burgers to the Netherlands<\/a> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The vegan burger chain Flower Burger from Milan opens an establishment in Rotterdam on July 27. The concept is known for its colourful burgers. Flower burger has been established in 2015 in Milan, and has seven restaurants in Italy. The menu consists of 100% vegan burgers made with natural ingredients. The burgers are very striking since they are coloured with natural food dyes.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.evmi.nl\/product-ontwikkeling\/2021-wil-mosa-meat-kweekvlees-op-nederlandse-markt-brengen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mosa Meat wants to put cultured meat into the Dutch market in 2021<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>The Dutch company Mosa Meat will launch cultured meat into the market in 2021. Via fundraising they collected over 7.5 million euro. The European food authority EFSA needs to grant approval to the cultured meat before it is allowed to launch into the market.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrn.com\/quick-service\/starbucks-and-mcdonald-s-join-forces-save-planet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Starbucks and McDonald\u2019s join forces to save the planet<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Limited-service giants, McDonald\u2019s and Starbucks \u2014 normally rivals in the breakfast category \u2014 are joining forces to save the planet. McDonald\u2019s on Tuesday announced plans to join Starbucks in fast-tracking innovation that would lead to a recyclable or compostable cup that would suit the millions needed to serve their customers hot and cold beverages. McDonald\u2019s pledged to spend $5 million to support ideas through the NextGen Cup Challenge.
