From mid June to 16 September chef Mauricio Giovanini runs the Latin American fusion pop-up restaurant Hayaca at the Amare Marbella Beach Hotel. He runs Michelin star restaurant Messina next to the hotel. In addition to this new restaurant concept, Amare also has a lot of space for art. This season they expose works by the Spanish photographer Jes\u00fas Chac\u00f3n throughout the hotel. And they have announced a partnership with the Marbella International Film Festival. Again a few great examples of collaboration!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Culinary | Pop-up restaurant Hayaca<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AmareMarbellaEN\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amare Marbella Beach Hotel<u><\/u><\/a> is a adults only hotel. The beautiful terrace beside the Mediterranean has been chosen as the venue for one of the new culinary features of summer in Marbella: hosting the only pop-up restaurant in Marbella! With these characteristics; open between 15 June and 16 September under the name Hayaca (a traditional corn tamale from Venezuela, whose mixture of ingredients brings to mind the idea of a mestizo mix), to offer the best of Latin American cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>The mastermind behind this major culinary venture, which will create a fusion of some of the best known dishes from Cuba, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico and Brazil, along with a touch of his own culinary style, will be the famed chef Mauricio Giovanini. He is the owner of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/messinarestaurant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Messina restaurant<\/a> which holds 1 Michelin star. This will result in delicacies such as \u201cyucca with a cheese foam and pickled chillies\u201d, \u201chalibut with a quinoa stew and oca potatoes in a tamarillo sauce\u201d and \u201cbeef ribs with baby potatoes in a yellow chilli sauce\u201d as well as succulent desserts such as \u201ccoconut pudding with an orange and ginger foam\u201d and \u201cpassion fruit mousse with chocolate tart\u201d, among many others.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Art exhibition | Photographer Jes\u00fas Chac\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Amare Marbella Beach Hotel is a work of art in itself, and shows art throughout the year in all public areas. This season there is work by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/jesus.chaconfotografo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">photographer Jes\u00fas Chac\u00f3n.<\/a> For example, a walk through the corridors or a ride with the lift becomes a real experience. The work of Chac\u00f3n is characterized by a unique technique and a perspective that shows a different view of the world.
