Move over, macaron"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dries Henau and Yuri Vandenbogaerde, or \u2018the guys\u2019, behind the concept of the WASBAR, opened their luxurious \u2018haute \u00e9clairs\u2019 shop Chez Claire in Antwerp last Saturday. Next Friday, 9 March, their second location in Ghent will follow. At Chez Claire you can taste \u00e9clairs in 13 different flavours while enjoying a glass of Cuv\u00e9e Claire or a great cup of coffee. Like we wrote in an article in December in which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/chez-claire-haute-eclairs-en-champagne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">their plans where revealed<\/a>, if you like \u00e9clairs, some new addresses if you\u2019re visiting one of these cities!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qualitatively sinning with haute \u00e9clairs &amp; champagne at Chez Claire<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dries &amp; Yuri made their name and fame in 2012 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horecatrends.com\/en\/from-launderette-to-local-pub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">their innovative WASBAR concept<\/a>, which gained a lot of international press and won several awards worldwide. In 2015 the WASBAR was sold to Top Brands. The \u00e9clair, the \u2018pat\u00e9ke\u2019 of their grandmothers, does make a comeback this spring! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/chezclaire.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chez Claire<\/a> will introduce the haute \u00e9clair. In no less than 13 flavours (including pistachio, salted caramel crisp and triple dark chocolate) and a version for fans with food intolerances, Chez Claire puts together a nice menu that you can taste on the spot or take with you wrapped as a gift. Chez Claire does also offer its own brand champagne \u2018Cuv\u00e9e Claire\u2019, so that you can consume your favorite flavour \u00e9clair on the spot with a glass of champagne. If you prefer something more traditional, you can also order a cup of coffee. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinkeye.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Design studio Pinkeye<\/a> is responsible for the design of the new store, they were also involved in the WASBAR.
